Norma Rodriguez Memorial Fund

This fund is to assist with funeral cost and arrangements for Norma Rodriguez. She was a Senior Office Assistant at the El Paso Water Utility for 34 years. She was a beautiful soul that always went above and beyond for anyone in need of help. Norma will be greatly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to have know and met her.
