Norman (Duke) Samples' Funeral

Duke was just Duke. To know him was to love him. Everyone has their special memories with him and even better stories. Feel free to leave those in the comments. Mr. Norman Jackson Samples departed this life, December 27, 2022, at the age of 59. He was born January 21, 1963, in Vidalia, Georgia. He earned his high school diploma, at the Adrian High School in 1983. Mr.Samples affectionately know as "Duke", was well known in the community. He loved Swainsboro, and Swainsboro loved him back. He left smiles on the faces of everyone ,he encountered. His good heart and friendly nature prompted people to consider him, as "part of the family."

He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Mrs. Gussie Samples. He is survived by one son; Norman L. (Jarin) Bostic of Milledgeville, Georgia; one grandson; Skyler Bostic, two granddaughters; Alexis and Ava Bostic, all of Milledgeville, Georgia; three brothers; Benny Owens of Soperton, Georgia, Timmy Bush, and Allen Durden both of Swainsboro, Georgia. A host of other relatives, and friends.
