Normandy #78 Royal Canadian Legion (Boiestown, NB)

Dear friends and Upper Miramichi community members,

As many of you know, the Normandy Branch #78 Legion in Boiestown, a cherished cornerstone of our community, was recently hit by a devastating break-in. The loss of a substantial amount of money has left a significant impact on the legion, which has always been a hub for our local events and gatherings for decades.

Growing up in Boiestown, I’ve seen firsthand how much the legion means to the our neighbours. It's not just a building; it’s a place where veterans are honoured, friendships are forged, celebrations are held, benefits are hosted and memories are made. Now, it’s our turn to come together and support this vital part of our community that has been on the hill for so many years.

I’ve set up a GoFundMe campaign with a goal of raising $10,000 to help the Normandy Branch #78 Legion recover and continue its important work. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference. All funds raised through this platform will go to the Normandy #78 Royal Canadian Legion.
