Northern Territory based Go Kart Driver needing to travel

Hi My name is Tate Hall, I am the driver of the number 95 Kart and i race in the KA3 Junior Heavy class.

I have been involved in the sport of karting for 5 years here in the NT and have been refining my skills here predominately.

Prior to Covid competed in 1 interstate event Then Ultiate Club Driver championship on South Australia as a 9 year old. i raced against the best Club drivers from around Australia and finished 8th in the finale.

My last few seasons have been based only in the NT.

Since mid year of this year 2024 my intention and desire to race have increased significantly and so have my results.

I was informed by other older experienced drivers, and their parents that with my reinvigorated desire to race and form that I will need to look outside of the NT to continue to improve my craft and challenge my abilities as a Driver.

in the last 3 months since the NT season has concluded I have raced in Adelaide in the Ultimate Club driver IV finshing 7th and and in Melbourne at the Victorian Clubs State championship finishing 9th.

I have been identified as a talented driver and offered a spot with a Racing team based in Sydney. under the tuition of Driver Coach Jackson Sousin- Harlow I am now very focused on improving myself physically to help better my performance on the race track.

To find the word that describe how I feel when racing and driving is difficult, I know that behind the wheel is my safe and happy place.

I want to race more then the 12 club rounds offered locally here in Darwin by my club and know that if i want to be my best then i need to race better drivers outside my state.

My Mum and Dad both work full time and look after as much as they can with my kart and my engines.

But now i am looking to travel it adds more stress on their ability to assist me for the upcoming 2025 season.

All of the funds will go towards me getting to Victoria & New South Wales in January for driver training camp and 2 competitions before undertaking a drive in the Premier Go Kart series the AKC or Australian Karting Championsip. the AKC is a 5 event series that goes around Australia before being decided in Coffs Harbour in October.
