Diamondbacks National Championships

The Northern Diamonbacks Little League team is made up of players aged 12 and under from the Preston, Fitzroy, Essendon and Doncaster Baseball Clubs in Victoria, Australia.

A squad of 14 were selected in February 2015 to play in the Little League State Championships in April at the Waverley Softball Association playing fields at Jells Park, Wheelers Hill.

Our Northern Diamondbacks played extremely well and have now made it through to represent Victoria in the 2015 Australian Little League Championships in Lismore, N.S.W. from 4-9 June 2015.

There are costs for each player to attend the Australian Little League Championships and we are hoping that this campaign will assist with subsidising some of the cost along with our other fundraising efforts that we will be undertaking in the lead up to Lismore.

Costs for each player include uniforms, flights, accommodation, meals, umpires, and first aid at the tournament.  

All funds raised via this gofundme campaign will be split evenly between all 14 players.
