Evicted From Apartment of 37 Years

Hello everyone,

My name is Gustavo Martinez, and I am reaching out to you in a time of great need. For the past 37 years, my family and I have called an apartment building in the Fairfax District of Los Angeles our home. However, our lives have been turned upside down as of March 2024 when we received an unexpected notice from our landlord, asking us to vacate the premises within just 30 days.

This sudden turn of events has left us devastated and uncertain about our future. With the current rental market in Los Angeles being very expensive, we are struggling to find affordable housing options that fit within our budget.

The funds raised through this campaign will provide us with financial assistance we need to secure housing. Your contributions will help us cover a few months of rent and expenses while we continue to search for stable employment opportunities that will allow us to afford the new rental prices.
