Nourish and Recover the Frontlines South FL
Donation protected
Raw Jūce , a South Florida-based restaurant offering organic cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls and more, has come together with House of Athlete , founded by All-Pro veteran NFL receiver Brandon Marshall, to establish the Nourish and Recover the Frontlines South Florida Fund in support of our frontline healthcare heroes.
ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of funds raised will go toward purchasing and providing nourishing, revitalizing Raw Jūce meals to healthcare heroes. The goal is to raise enough money to donate at least 30,000 meals. The mission is to have organic lunches and dinners readily available for as long as the COVID-19 crisis lasts. Raw Jūce and House of Athlete have each donated $5,000 to jumpstart this fund.
Donations are tax deductible through mental health non-profit organization PROJECT 375 , co-founded by Brandon Marshall and his wife, Michi. Additionally, anyone who contributes will receive a 25-cent credit on the Raw Jūce app for every dollar donated. Credit will be applied at the end of the fundraising period. Please leave your email address on your donation to receive your credit.

ABOUT HOUSE OF ATHLETE
House of Athlete, a leading health and wellness brand based in the United States, has recognized the need to educate and support the healthcare professionals serving our community during the COVID-19 pandemic and its relentless demand for increased healthcare measures. In an initiative driven by its founders, Brandon and Michi Marshall, House of Athlete is leading the way in assisting those who are fighting to put an end to this pandemic by offering their medical services to COVID-19 patients. Many healthcare professionals are experiencing unhealthy levels of stress, fatigue and emotional strain. It is the focus of the House of Athlete to provide much-needed recovery space, tools and nutrition. Recovery is crucial to these individuals’ ability to continue aiding in the fight.
QUOTE FROM BRANDON MARSHALL
"We still have two to three months ahead of us in this fight—if we're lucky. We simply cannot afford to fail at taking care of our healthcare professionals. We feel that if we can have a positive impact on the lives of those we need the most right now, we will have done something to help in the fight. House of Athlete is in the process of partnering with local hospitals to provide recovery rooms, proper nutritional support and mental fitness tools to their healthcare professionals. We would like to call upon other health, nutrition and wellness brands who can help and serve their communities in the same capacity. We believe that during times like these, we are always stronger together. It is our hope that we can increase our impact on the national and even global level."
BACKSTORY
The Nourish and Recover the Frontlines South Florida Fund was inspired by Tricia Krefetz, who, after speaking with some local superheroes at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, realized our frontline heroes needed the community’s help getting healthy, nourishing food during their shifts. Tricia partnered with Raw Jūce to provide 50 meals to Boca Regional’s healthcare workers and another 75 meals to Boca Hospital workers. After working with Tricia Raw Juce knew they had to get more involved in helping healthcare heroes. Raw Juce then brought on Brandon Marshall and House of Athlete to work together to start the Nourish and Recover the Frontlines South Florida Fund.
