NOURISHED HEARTS CONVOY OF HOPE
Tax deductible
We are preparing to send our second humanitarian aid convoy* to Ukraine's Black Sea region (Odesa Oblast). This convoy is to weigh in at 20+ tons (4,000+ pounds).
We are seeking partners of all sizes for a special convoy of humanitarian aid to Baptist churches around the Black Sea of Ukraine. The churches distribute the goods. This grass-roots effort will enable the different groups we serve in Ukraine the ability to reach out to the millions of internally displaced.
Things being sent in this convoy:
- $1,000 per unit / Industrial Water purification units (to combat cholera, which has surfaced again since the Nova Kakhova dam break on June 6, 2023)
- $500 per pallet / Over-the-counter medications - Pain reliever/fever reducer for children and adults and cold medicine for children and adults.
- $250 per pallet / Staple food items - Canned meals, infant formula, sunflower oil, sugar, tea, etc.
- $150 per pallet / Personal hygiene - Diapers for children and adults, wipes, etc.
- $100 per set / Medical items - Blood pressure cuffs, sugar testing kits, stethoscopes, etc.
- $50 per gift / Christmas gifts being taken in for children
In January 2023, Nourished Hearts sent our first convoy by partnering with other mission-minded groups, such as UBC22, Romanian Christian Enterprises, and Romania Reborn. We are partnering with UBC22 again for this convoy (as well as other nonprofits).
Our goal is to raise $25,000 as quickly as possible to enable our second convoy to be delivered in January 2024.
Join Nourished Hearts in this incredible opportunity!
*Nourished Hearts is dedicating this convoy in Memory of Donald Brink and Ronald Anger, board members who passed away earlier this year.
