Nova and Makayla

This fundraiser is very important to me as it’s to help a very dear friend of mine and her two daughters as they adjust and work through this tough time together. Makayla is a single mom with two beautiful daughters Nova and Bri. Nova was just recently diagnosed with cancer- Neuroblastoma. She has been admitted to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and is looking at a 5 day stay at least for her chemo. Makayla shouldn’t have to worry more than she already is and should be able to focus on herself and her two baby girls at this time. This being said she’s been and will be spending her time at the hospital and is out of work for at the very least a few weeks. Let’s help her get her bills covered, rent, groceries and any medical costs that aren’t covered by insurance. This is such a scary, overwhelming and stressful time for all of them. Even if you’re unable to donate, please share this with all of your friends and family. I am also setting up a MealTrain for the girls as well so that they hopefully don’t need to feel concerned about where their next meals are coming from.
