Help Nova get her leg surgery

Hi I’m Jessi,

Our 5 month old American bulldog Nova unfortunately jumped out of our bathtub (about 2ft high) and landed right on her leg with a clean break, she is currently casted and has medications to help with the paid but this operation needs to be done ASAP.

I am mom of an almost 3 year old little boy & in my last year of school for child and youth care. The last few years our little family has experienced tremendous loss from both my parents, my MIL. As well as our 13 year old blind pug in July. We felt like our life wouldn’t be the same and we would never get another dog after. Nova was the exact thing we needed.

I’ve never been one to make a GoFundMe but this is absolutely my last resort as we have no family to help, I’m a young student and my fiancée is a stay at home dad while I go to college. On top of the crazy housing and grocery prices in Canada I really don’t know how I will be able to pay for our babies surgery.

Absolutely anything helps as she will be in a cast 8 weeks after surgery about $250-400 every week to be replaced on top of meds. This isn’t a cheap bill and we’ve already spent $2000+
