Our little family was absolutely thrilled to be expecting a little girl to make our son Jedsun a big brother.

During our anatomy scan the Doctor informed us that there was low fluid in the uterus and due to babies position she wasn’t able to confirm if our little girl had kidneys or not.

We were referred to a bigger hospital with better equipment and on October 4th, where we’re told that our baby girl had bilateral renal agensis (no kidneys) and oligohydramnios (low fluid).

Without kidneys the baby cannot produce more fluid, which is needed to help the lungs expand and contract to develop properly.

We heard the words that no parent should ever have to hear; your daughters condition is fatal and she will not survive. Our sweet little girl will be stillborn or pass away moments after birth.

This loss is absolutely devastating for our entire family. We are asking for some assistance from our friends and family to help cover the costs of laying our little girl to rest, and helping our family financially while we take time to grieve this tremendous loss and navigate this difficult time.
