Nova the Boston terrier.

Hello my name is Anthony Artigue. The human of Nova Artigue. A 6 month old puppy Boston terrier. I have had the pleasure of having a chance to own nova from a co worker after they got divorced. My co worker ended up getting Nova. I needed a friend and was looking for a small dog to become my bestie. I'm new to small dogs. I didn't know what to look for. Fast forward a month later I take Nova to the vet after seeing her start to limp out of no where. Well to my ultimate fear she has a luxating patella on her left hind leg. It pops out so easily it's killing me to see my baby like this. I'm not the type to ask for help, but my baby girl of 6 months is suffering and I can't afford the surgery. I've never felt so powerless. My vet stated both legs are affected but currently only the left leg is causing pain to my baby. She is on meds but they won't last forever. I need help. I don't have family. Or many friends because I suffer from depression and anxiety. This dog is my everything. I don't know what to do. I hope this can help. I can't abandon her.
