Help Tajia and her family

On Saturday, July 8th, our sweet Tajia suffered a devastating stroke caused by a dissected artery at the base of her spine that left the right half of her body paralyzed. Only 3 weeks earlier, Tajia gave birth to her sixth beautiful child.

The idea of having a new baby, as well as 5 other children, many of which require special needs and in-home care and therapy, can easily overwhelm even the strongest of people. But this has been their reality up to this point. We can imagine only a little of how much fear and uncertainty this unexpected challenge that their family now faces might be affecting them.

Tajias wonderful supportive husband, Jarrett has been constantly by her side supporting and cheering her on every step of the way. It is vital that Jarrett, who runs their own small SEO business, continue to be able to work to provide for his family and to be the anchor of hope for his children and wife. The inevitable medical bills threaten their stability and livelihood. The road to recovery demands that they have access to extensive child care as well as rehabilitation support, which also includes emotional and financial support, ending up being a huge stressor and financial burden to this amazing family.

If you know Tajia then I don’t need to tell you that she is one of the most kind, loving and giving souls that has ever existed. Tajia would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She has done this time and time again throughout her life. Tajia is absolutely the most selfless human that I know. Her children, McKay (11), Taysom (9), Blayke (7), Brightyn (5), Dansby (2), Mavryck (3 wks) are her everything. Tajia wants nothing more than to be home with her family and is fighting so hard to get her body functioning, and has kept the same positive attitude that has made her one of the best people in the world.
