Donation protected
My son Spencer, and one of his sisters, Carden, are participating in the Atlanta Sprint, a 5K Spartan Race and obstacle course...except they are racing for a cure for FSHD, which Carden has, and to show the world that living with FSHD Stinks but it does not have to define you. FSHD (Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy) is a degenerative neuromuscular disease with no cure...YET!
ALL the money they raise will go directly to the FSH Society. The FSH Society is a nonprofit, patient-driven organization supporting research and education for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), one of the most prevalent forms of muscular dystrophy. Progress on FSHD could benefit a wide range of other areas of medicine, from cancer and diabetes to muscle regeneration and repair. (go to fshsociety.org, to learn more)
Please consider giving whatever you can...
because every $ counts and...
together, we can make a difference!
Thank you!
