House burned down. nothing left.

My step brother and his family where at home when the power went out due to a snow storm. They packed an overnight bag for them and thier two baby girls and went to his sisters house to stay warm until the power came back on. He then received a call at 2:00 am from the fire department telling him his house had burned to the ground. After an investigation they determined that when the power came back on it surged his house and melted his braker box and caught the house on fire. The fire was called in at 11:00 pm but was not put out until 1:30 am. Everything they own is now a burned pile of trash. They are absolutely great people with a 3 year old daughter and a 3 month old daughter who now have no toys, clothes, or any essentials. He and his wife could really use everyones help to get back on their feet. Thanks
