shoulder surgery and rehab.

Hi, my name is Richard.
I’m a world chase tag athlete and captain of UGEN. (here's a link if you wanna watch what I do) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNL6ZW5mOrA
Recently at the world championships, I had a freak accident and dislocated my right shoulder. This caused three different third-degree tears to my labrum (the cartilage) along with a big dent in the ball of my humerus.
I have spoken to a private surgeon (Dr. Dattani )along with my physiotherapist, Clinic Director / Osteopath (Mr. Richard Lewis). Both agree that the best course of action would be to get surgery to fix the cartilage in my shoulder. If I get the surgery this would allow me to continue to pressure World chase tag as a professional athlete as well as give me the best chance to not dislocate my shoulder again.
Without surgery, my shoulder will never be 100% again and I will likely re-dislocate if I continue to pressure WCT and parkour.
The reason I am going private and not NHS is simply the time it takes to get surgery on the NHS. the wait list for my kind of surgery is 8-12 months and by this time I would have fully recovered from surgery if I go private.
This sport is something that has changed my life dramatically for the better bringing me out of depression, connecting me with people from all over the world, and giving me something to focus on.
Anything that you could give to help me get my shoulder fixed and get back to doing what I love would be greatly appreciated. even if it's just a share on your social media that would be amazing.
Thanks for reading this far and thanks for all the support
