Andrea and her battle- help her family achieve their goal

My name is Sara, and I write on behalf of Andrea’s fight club. I’ve known Andrea for over 3 years and her team for many more than that. You have found yourself here as a colleague, musical theatre family member or her family. I’m sure you’ll agree we all know the kind, caring and loyal friend she is. Right now she needs our help.

We are fundraising for Andrea and her children Tyler and Courtney. Earlier this year after a lot of seeing dr’s and feeling ill Andrea had a biopsy on a lump in her neck and one in her chest. In June she was advised she had Terminal Metastatic Coleorectal Cancer and she started Chemo immediately from that appointment with Sandie by her side.

Here became the birth of Andrea’s Fight club. Although the diagnosis long term isn’t positive Andrea is fighting and we are fighting for her and her children, Courtney and Tyler are her world. Courtney is a State ice skating champion and in November she is heading to Melbourne to represent QLD in the Ice Skating Championships.

As a single mother Andrea, who has now stopped working as a Teacher, is faced with many medical bills, and trying to experience all she can as well as provide for her children for now and for the future. We want Andrea, Courtney and Tyler to go to Melbourne together to create long lasting memories and we are wanting to raise funds to support her.

Please donate anything you can, every bit will help. All funds will be transferred to Andrea to pay for flights, accommodation, food, competition expenses etc. Anything extra will be used to support Andreas daily expenses and support Tyler and Courtney.
