Rebuild Thame: support flood recovery

Hello everyone,

My name is Lakpa Rita Sherpa born and raised in Thame, Nepal but currently living in Washington, USA.

I am creating this go fund me for my village/villagers in Thame, Nepal. On August 16th, my village was hit by a severe flash flood caused by the outburst of glacier lakes. The devastation has been immense, with homes destroyed and vital infrastructure washed away. We are seeking donations to help with immediate relief efforts and long-term rebuilding projects.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will go directly towards the families impacted by the flood. I will personally go to Nepal and distribute the fund in cash to them directly.
