Help us help our Case Manager - Maria

Hi, my name is Juan Gallo, Executive Director for Heart2Heart Outreach. The team at H2H and I are fundraising for Maria, one of our case managers.

As many of you might already know, our dear colleague, Maria, who has diligently served as a Patient Advocate at Heart2Heart, is facing a health challenge. Maria was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor impacting her optic nerve, a condition that requires immediate surgery.

Maria has been a cornerstone of our team, dedicated to advocating for our patients with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Her commitment has touched the lives of many, making her a valued member of our team and a cherished friend to many of us.

Ironically, next week marks the celebration of county-wide Case Manager Appreciation Day, when we recognize the hard work and dedication of professionals like Maria. While we will proceed to celebrate this important day, our thoughts will be with Maria and her family during this challenging time.

Understanding the financial burdens that her recovery may bring, we are starting a fund to support Maria and her family through her recovery. This fund aims to alleviate some the financial stress and ensure that Maria can focus on her health.
