Levi Mills Recovery Fund

Hello! This Go Fund Me is for Levi Mills. On Sunday, June 5, 2022, Levi was in an accident while riding his Harley in Sedalia, Colorado on Highway 105. As Levi was enjoying the fresh Colorado air, an elk jumped out in front of his bike leaving Levi little to no time to react. Thankfully a bystander called 911. Levi was thrown quite a distance and was unconscious for 3-5 minutes prior to the arrival of the Paramedic Team. Levi was then transported to Littleton Hospital where the medical team took tremendous care of him over the next 12 days.

Levi sustained:

-head trauma with skull fractures and TBI

- fractured right clavicle

- fractured right scapula/ shoulder blade

- fractured right shoulder joint

- broken ribs 2-8

- hearing loss in right ear

- cranial nerve damage

- small blood clot in the brain

The above injures led to Levi having an 8 hour surgery on his shoulder. Levi’s recovery now includes continuing doctor visits with the surgeon, Neurological doctors for the TBI, Speech Therapy, visits with the ear doctor, blood cot doctor, physical therapy and numerous medications to support the healing process and lessen the chance of any additional symptoms arising.

Due to the injuries Levi sustained it is unknown how long his recovery will take, how long he will be out of work, or the amount of medical bills (which are already coming in).
