NS ER WaitTime Fraud Whisleblower Retailiation Case Appeal
I am Jesse Yang Z., plantiff of the 1st public interest disclosure (whisleblower) retaliation case in Canada made its way to the hearing.

The LB process cost my famaily $81,474.78 in legal fee alone. I can't affort to go any further without help from the public who share the same value and truly care about our healthcare system. I am raising funds for legal fee and appeal bond (double the number of the LB litigation cost is my best guess) bringing the case up to the appeal court. Unspend fund and awarded compensation if any will be used to spin up a foundation supporting other whisleblowers in their journey and promoting AI ethic regulation and PIDWA legislation overhaul.
