Currently my goal is to focus on the Masters's program without the stress and worries about daily bills. I am currently looking for affordable housing. And recently obtained full time employment but due to barriers such as homelessness it’s affecting my daily stability and wellbeing.
As a single mother, I have had to go without unsupported and sacrifice while earning my degree within 17 plus years.
Many times, I stopped and wanted to give up but I held onto my faith and the word of God. Psalm 121 But I kept trusting Gods plan for my life. Jeremiah 28:11
In just a few days 12/15/23 I will have my bachelor's in science degree and pursue to keep going. I love/enjoy researching and gathering data to study and test/compare the outcome of my results. I deserve full support to showcase what I know! As a potential candidate for clinical Social work and counseling education, I know what I’m here to do and just need support to complete the new goals I have set so I can help others.
Currently, I have exhausted all Pell grant and student loans opportunity so this fundraiser will due me the justice I deserve for a financial relief and blessings.

I believe let NOTHING stop you from achieving your dreams and goals. Me walking across that stage defies all the odds stacked against me. The stigmas, biases, and stereotypes that society says can't be done since I "fit" the demographics But God! With your help I can really make it out from poverty and do wonderful things that I have in my heart to accomplish.

I have been a struggling single mom on public assistance and I want to change that narrative with my positive spirit and intelligent mind and willpower. From what I went through the average person would've given up by now. After losing both grandparents, three weeks apart in 2020, I felt hopeless and uninspired to finish But God! I remembered my purpose and why. Apart from it is for my daughter to see her Mom finish after all these years of working hard, sleepless nights from studying and many times going without sacrificing so much for my degree. She deserves to see me WIN with a smile of triumph and victory! WE DID IT NIA!!!! Glory to God..
