NSSA - Race2Raise - Al Ihsan Primary School
Education is a fundamental Human Right and is vital to the future of every child, no matter the community or country they are in. It can eradicate poverty by giving people the tools and skills to tackle the problems they face.
The students at Al Ihsan Primary school consist of children from poor and Internally Displaced Person backgrounds and need our help.
The African Relief Fund builds and operates schools in underprivileged areas where there are no schools, or in areas where there are high numbers of Internally Displaced Peoples (IDPs).
To date, the ARF has built 70 schools, with each school accommodating 400 students on average.
City, Queen Mary, KCL, Imperial, University of Birmingham, Aston, Birmingham City, UCL, Kingston, and many other more Somali Societies are currently working with ARF to help aid the children at one of these schools to provide them with a brighter future to build their communities.
But to do this we need your help.
With £10 you can sponsor 1 child’s schooling for an entire month. And with just £100, you can sponsor a teacher’s salary.
Any contribution you make, whether small or large, can aid a child’s right to education. No amount is too small.
Your change can make a change. So please donate as much as you can so that more children can receive the education that they deserve.
