Nurse Kelly’s fight for her home

My sister in law Kelly has been battling with her HOA to fix the outside of her condo for 11 months so she can make the repairs on the inside. This all began after Hurricane Ian in September 2022 and her condo became flooded and mold quickly took over. Her building had cracks in the outer walls. The HOA told her to just fix everything herself and continued to ignore her pleas for help on making sure the condo was repaired on the outside. She hired an attorney, went to mediation, contacted local and state reps to help her get the HOA to make the repairs on the outside so she can put her home back together on the inside. She has exhausted all of her savings and has turned to a local news station for help. Kelly is a surgical nurse and spent more than 18 years in critical care. She has spent her entire career helping and saving others. Nurses should not be fighting this hard to save their homes!
