In home nursing and medical bill help for Ramona H

My name is Tajuana and Ramona is my mother.  On July 31, 2020 while driving to work my mom was involved in near fatal car accident.  The other driver who  we’re told, fell asleep and hit her.   My mother (who lives in Ohio) was air lifted to the emergency room.  When she arrived, the hospital was unable to find family and located me (in California) via Facebook messenger on August 4th.  She suffered brain damage, bleeding of the brain, her aorta was severed almost in half and had to be graphed back together, she had collapsed lungs, broken ribs, a shattered  femur (which lead to her having a metal rod being placed in her leg), a broken hip, a broken clavicle bone, other broken leg bones, three strokes and a few broken teeth .  She was in NEURO ICU for a month whereas we were told that she was a miracle patient as she’s the ONLY patient in that hospital thats had those type of injuries and SURVIVED!  She then transferred to a rehab facility where she stayed for approximately 3 weeks.  She’s now home but is still having difficulties breathing which has lead to her being rushed via paramedics to the ER where she’s had emergency surgery on three separate occasions. This is happening weekly to keep her airway open.  My mother still has to undergo physical therapy to help her learn to walk again which she’s still unable to do at this point.  She also has to undergo speech therapy and occupational therapy.  It’s only her and her husband at home.  I live in California and I’m trying to travel back and forth but there’s only so much that both me and my family can do to help.  She really needs a nurse to come in at least three - four hours a day (7 days a week) to help her but her insurance won’t cover it and the person that hit her had no insurance so she desperately needs help.  Any amount of funds donated would be greatly appreciated, no amount to small.  Thank you in advance for taking the time to read about my mother.  She’s a beautiful person inside and out and just about everyone that’s ever met her just loves her and I’m sure if you ever meet her you’d see what I’m talking about.  Thank you again and many blessings to you all!
