Presentation of the project: "Nutrition for Life"

In Ghana, 40 children from four villages are facing severe malnutrition, putting their health and future at serious risk. These children do not have access to sufficient and balanced nutrition, which affects their physical and cognitive development, as well as their chances of academic and social success.

Our goal: The "Nutrition for Life" project aims to provide these children with a balanced diet for three years. In partnership with Dr. Abdullah Abass, Board Member of Light on Africa, and Healthmate Nutrition Ghana, we will build a sustainable program to address this urgent need.

Beneficiaries:

Direct: 40 malnourished children from vulnerable rural communities.

Indirect: Families and communities, through nutrition awareness and tools to improve their daily lives.

Why is this project essential?

Malnutrition seriously compromises the health and potential of children.

This initiative is not limited to immediate help: it gives children the means to build a peaceful future for themselves.

If this project is successful, it could be replicated in other African countries.

Where and When?

Location: Four rural villages in Ghana.

Start of the project: As soon as the funds are raised. We expect to implement it within the next three months.
