Carpenter Family

A few weeks ago Matt had suffered several small strokes. He has had tests run to try and determine the origination of the clots but more needs to be done to find the root cause. The doctors are starting to focus on the heart. 

Recently he has had an MRI and MRA. The MRI showed that both sides of the brain were effected from the strokes and it also indicated that there was some bleeding on the brain. The MRA came back with a clear reading. 

Matt has an echocardiogram and transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) scheduled in the next week to take a more in depth look at his heart. He also has surgery scheduled to implant a loop heart monitor in his chest. Heart surgery is a possibility. 

We are looking to link arms with you to support the Carpenter family. The hospital is asking for funds up front to cover the cost of the implant. They will not move forward without the funds. Any financial donation that can be provided immediately will help cover the cost of the implant. The rest of the donations will assist in the long term strain an event like this can cause. The last thing we want them to think about is finances. 

Our ultimate goal in setting up this account for the Carpenter's is to take away the weight of any and all finances so Matt can focus on his health and wellness. The hope is to gather around Matt and Natalia during this difficult time and show them the love and generosity they have shown me and countless others in their time of need. Anything is helpful and greatly appreciated.
