FIREFIGHTER-EMT SUFFERING FROM PTSD

I am a 42 year old single dad.  I used to enjoy fighting fires, and assisting the community as a medic.  I used to enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and other outdoor activities with my boys.  Due to suffering fron PTSD, I unfortunately was perscribed depression medications and tried to commit suicide.  Since my accident, I have am a quadriplegic, requiring the assistance of an electric wheelchair.  I need the chair to work, and attend functions amongst the community and organizations I was previousl involved in.   I am currently employed with First Choice Ford, in Rock Springs, WY.  I am involved in the marketing and event coordinating for community members also suffering from life threatening diseases. 

To help further my goals with my 2 boys and with the community, I would like to purchase a Trac Fab Wheelchair.  With the help from the community making donations, this dream could come true.    Thank you for any and all help received.
