HELP ME WITH MY LEGAL FEES

                           **URGENT**

MY FIRST APPEARANCE IS NOVEMBER 23 2020! 

Hi friends.

As some of you have followed the past  5 months, we have found ourselves in a situation where we have had the WORST landlords in history of landlords.

I have sat on this idea for a long enough time and decided it’s probably my only option right now, as I was denied by Legal Aid Ontario.

They have attacked both of us  in ways that have potential life changing consequences without proper legal help

I, for one have never been in any legal trouble in my whole life and haven’t planned on starting now!

Our landlords allege that I threatened her life.. a 70 year old woman who has breached the RTA and the criminal act numerous times, destroyed personal property, threatened us and our safety, criminally harassed, stalked, mislead police and maliciously prosecuted charges against me. I currently have a landlord show up at my door almost daily trying to call police on me for ‘being within 100m of her’ while being INSIDE MY OWN HOME!

OH YEA!!!
AND BACON WAS ATTACKED!!!! 

Before you ask, why not call the police?

We have, so many times and submit huge amounts of evidence 

The police WILL not investigate 
They have been negligent ... even with my evidence. I have video of unidentifiable officers coming to my home on occasions. As the landlords call police on me almost daily. I’ve been suffering severe anxiety attacks that borderline a seizure almost daily and night terrors since we moved in.

The repercussions of having any kind of criminal record will damage my life beyond repair forever 
I have never been in trouble like this and NEVER done things that they allege. 

THE ONLY thing I am guilty of is asserting my tenant  rights for fire safety, working windows, landlord promises fulfilled, and of course vital services. Which were shut off on us for the ENTIRE MONTH OF OCTOBER!

I currently am facing a legal battle with 3 attorneys behind me 

While it will get tossed out criminally for lack of evidence, negligent investigation, perjury etc 

These landlords will get to walk away and most likely, do this again.

Before we moved in their target were the pregnant family in the building, their MO is this deplorable behaviour


They are criminals and justice needs to be served.
This cannot happen if I represent myself.
I cannot have my records destroyed without representation either 

I know our lawyer is going to flip this case over onto the true criminals here. 

Our lawyer for the landlord tenant tribunal has been retained with 500$ pulled from very VERY emergency reserves and their quote was for double this

My criminal defence lawyer has offered to defend me at an extremely reduced rate based on the situation and personal referral 

THIS RATE IS AT : 122.78/h 

She has agreed to be retained up til first day of trial for a flat fee and bill out hourly after that as above.

Some of the repercussions mean these will no longer be an option for me

Travel across borders especially USA
Mortgages without bias  
Employment without bias 
Applications for new home to move out of here 

ALL severely affected 

I have never been in trouble like this and never done things that they allege.

While I wish I could celebrate my birthday with a lot of my friends, as I usually do 

Sadly I guess this year, my birthday wish, is for some help with this.
