Cancer Really Does Suck!

Friends,
I have lived a most wonderful life, having experienced more by the time I was 25 than most people encounter in a lifetime. Unfortunately that time is rapidly nearing an end, as my diagnosis of terminal liver cancer has decided to curtail this life adventure, and in short order I will have come to my end of the line.
For anyone that has crossed my path please know you have brought me joy at some point in time. If I’m in luck I’ll be able to play another show or two with my Brothers in Idlewild South.
But enough about me; this is for my angel of a wife Debi, who for 34+ years has loved me, joined in my dreams, professional ventures and encouraged me in everything I have ever wanted to do.
When I am shortly gone she will lose the benefit of our shared income, of which my 100% disability from Agent Orange Exposure in Vietnam and Social Security check provide 65 - 70% of our current monthly income paying 65% of our bills. I do not want to leave her strapped under insurmountable bills, not allowing her to enjoy the reminder of her life in peace and happiness, which she so deserves. With our mortgage, vehicle, and the cost of recent renovations of our home outstanding I would appreciate any contribution you may consider to assist for Debi.
If I do not get to see you personally in the next few weeks, or possibly month or so please know I love you and thank you for enriching our lives over the years.
The Road Goes On Forever, it’s just my turn to take the next exit ramp…Love Is Everywhere ~
Peace,
Don Eason
