NWOBS Instructor Training for Stacy

Hello, I'm looking for support to join the Outdoor Educator Course at Northwest Outward Bound School. I am riding my bike to Washington State from Minneapolis and a number of people have asked how they can support the trip. I feel confident in funding the actual travel time and your support for this training could allow me to re-acclimate to my Pacific Northwest home and prepare me for work that I believe will be of radiating benefit. I feel my experience as a teaching artist, experience in youth work and community building, zen training, and growing naturalist and wilderness skills have me in a great position to do this work now. I recently had my own first encounter with Outward Bound's programs and pedegogy and I'm so excited about sharing this sense of challenge in a collaborative spirt rather than competative sport and I'm very enthusiastic for stewardship opportunities that allow humans to grow in reciprocity as part of the natural environment.
