Pay monthly bills

My name is Elijah kalkhoff, on feb 3rd, 2023, I was on my way to work. When crossing thru a four way intersection, I was struck by the driver on the other side of the road ahead of me. I saw that he had no turn signal on so I knew I was to just drive right across going forward from him, but suddenly as I was about to get to the other side of the road, he turned left and fully accelerated at 40 miles an hour, he wasn’t even preparing to stop for the red light he had in front of him and it was too late we both smashed into the front corners of each other, causing my car to be completely destroyed due to the fact he was driving a Chevy avalanche and I was driving a Chevy cruze. Both of my air bags deployed, the knee air bag causing a serious major injury that has brought great stress, pain, and less value to life. My diagnosis was a calcaneus fracture. Which means I broke my heel bone, and not just in two, but completely shattered it, I had to have emergency surgery to repair the damages and relieve me of all my pain. I was given 10 screws, a metal internal fixation bridge and they had to graft new bones. I have not been able to do very much but sit at home and try the best to take care of myself with the few people I do have that can help as much as they can. I can not walk for sometime, probably at least another 6 month from this time now and it has been since February this happened. I can not work as well so my bills are starting to pile up and I’m afraid of getting evicted from my apartment because I don’t have the money.
