Help rebuild my face

Hi my name is Meredith and I'm hoping you could help me with my face. I'll try to make this short cause don't like to read long drawn out things myself. I was born with hemangioma and lymphangioma on the left side of my face and neck. As the above photo shows me. Had over 30 operations. Stopped counting when I was 15 years old. I'm now 41 years old. Most of my previous surgeries were in TX but I've just found two new surgeons (Dr. Milton Waner and Teresa O) that said they can further help my face by making it possible for to be swallow, repair nerve damage, have my left eye close properly and for me to be able to SMILE. I know it doesn't seem like much but for me it TRULY is like a miracle. Unfortunately they don't take insurance. My hospital stay and anesthesia costs are covered by my insurance but not the actual surgeons. If you could help me in any way I'd be very grateful.
