Hubert's First College Tuition

Hello!
I am a high school student looking to go to college. I'm not in complete trouble with money yet, but I could definitely use a dime or 2. I honestly did not realize how expensive it can be, with all the small expenses adding up to one big number with a $. I really don't believe to get anything out of this but it's definitely worth to try and reach out. Money isn't really something that's expendable and loosely given but I it would mean a lot to me. My wish is not to cover my whole tuition but only to help close the gap between the funds I have already to cover the costs and the actual cost in total. Anything can help and I only seek this action of gesture for the first year of college. I will explain in my "story" later one why this is such a small goal. I would like to only ask for this gesture until August of 2019 because, after then, I believe other people should be given a chance to receive your help. And my case isn't urgent. I will try to convince you as hard as I can to "donate" to me but in reality I would think of it more as an investment for a successful future. Not all young adults are going to make it past this level of life but why not and raise their chances by a slim with putting your odds into one of them. (aka me) If this does work to convince you in the odds that it did. I promised myself during the writing of this current "story" that I would personally thank each of my donators and reach out to them after completing college to again remind them how they helped me make it one step higher towards my success. However before I begin my story, I would like to just explain my goal and where the money would go.
My first year tuition with all expenses rounds up to be 40,000 dollars and that includes 36,000 for room/board/fees/tuition. and 4,000 of external costs like uniform/books/travel/meals. My goal honestly for this gofundme is to see if it works but if it does kick off like I'd like it to, I will update my goal until that gap of money is sewed shut with a celebration of success as a patch. If you are interested in looking at the entire division of costs and their additions, I will try to upload a picture of all the costs into this dashboard. Now that the uninteresting part has been gone over I can begin with my story.
Currently I am a senior in high school, and I will try to cover as much as possible about my educational success to help you feel more comfortable about the money you donate. My grades average to A's and B's with an A- as a solid grade. My GPA is a 3.3 and my SAT scores were pretty good too, with a combined score of an 1200. I'm not an athlete anymore, I played soccer freshman to junior year until I had to begin working at a restaurant to make some money for the car I got from my step-dad on the condition of paying off the insurance myself, which I am very proud to say I've been handling well. I am a server/manager at a small local restaurant where I spend about 3 days a week. Going back to education however, I make regular honor roll usually and I participate in an after school organization called the FBLA. The FBLA is a club that focuses on students that plan on leading businesses in the future given the name of the club, Future Business Leaders of America. We focus our club on further learning about entrepreneurship and businesses that have just began to sprout, to understand better how to deal with it in the real world.
My future plan is actually very organized and thought through, after graduating high school I'd like to study electrical engineering and receive my bachelors by 2023. I want to join the Navy ROTC during my second year of college to better discipline myself and get familiar with the military lifestyle. After college I hope to serve in the Navy as an Engineer for the Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman or SWCC. That is the general path I'd like to go down in my life. The reason why I plan on joining the ROTC later on in my college experience is because I'd like to apply for their scholarship and hope to receive help from them in return for service.
Thank you so much for reading and I hope you can lend me a hand! I will keep updating my site if this kicks off. Again thank you!
