Teddy’s Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Elle and I’m fundraising for this family I met during my holiday abroad in Icmeler, Turkey. Unfortunately, I met this family during an emergency situation where their 4 year old boy had drowned. He was blue, and completely lifeless for 4 minutes. The hotel we stayed in “Club Munamar” had no defibrillator nor did we ever see a first aid box, the staff stood around watching this young boy die offering no help. Thankfully, myself and an off duty nurse was in the right place at the right time and we managed to bring this boy back to his family. However, this nightmare was far from over for the Dyte Family, regardless of the numerous complaints made to the hotel, and their booking agency they had completely neglected them once again forcing them to move hotel. Considering this accident took place abroad, money that was suppose to be spent on holiday memories quickly turned into money spent on Teddy’s recovery. Teddy is fully aware of the accident, and has since began to suffer from anxiety over the ordeal, Chantelle and Dan, his parents, have had to seek counselling services for him, as well as British translators used in the hospital, transport to and from the hotel to the hospital and documents to ensure he was fit to fly. Your support will cover Teddy’s’ medical expenses including the treatment for his recovery. This family has been put through hell, I would like to do my best to help them out in any way that I can.
