Nymen Koch’s medical expenses

My name is Sarai. I’m trying to help my brother Nymen Koch as he is going in tomorrow to have both of his kidneys removed. He was diagnosed over a year ago with FSGS and he is now in stage 5 renal failure and he’s only getting worse. Tomorrow is the big day hopefully onto a new road taking both of his kidneys out so his blood pressure will go down to a normal level where it won’t effect any of his other organs. Both of his parents are with him at the Boston Children’s Hospital and who knows how long it will be before they are back working. They need help with bills and expenses as my mom drives him to Boston every other day for dialysis. Please donate to them even if it’s 1 dollar anything will help.
