Disabled Vet, PPCM Survivor HELP!

Hello! Welcome to the Lee Family Gofundme page. We have quite a predicament, and was hoping someone, or many people would be willing to help us out.
In 2013 my husband was medically separated from the United States Marine Corps. We decided to move down to Middleburg, FL to be close to my disabled parents. Without question the home across the street from my parents became available, and we put down an $850 deposit to secure the house. Upon arrival we quickly saw the condition of the house. Roof leaks, mold, many issues with electrical outlets, and almost unlivable conditions. We were told by the landlord that the money we had put down placed us in a contract, and we had to choose to stay, or lose the money we had already put down. We decided to stay, and have truly realized what a nightmare this house has became.
In November 2013, we found out we were expecting! The pregnancy was complicated with gestational diabetes, but otherwise a sound baby boy! On July 1st we delivered a 6lb 15oz beautiful little boy! :)
Unfortunately on July 5th I was back in the hospital. I suffered from a rare pregnancy complication called Peripartum Cardiomyopathy. Two weeks following that, the doctors called me back to tell me I Had MRSA from my tubal. I'm still in the yellow for my heart... But have since recovered from the delivery, tubal, and MRSA.
My husband as I have stated is disabled due to both knees, back, and mental condition. He has already had two surgeries on his right knee, and is going in for his third surgery on March 13, 2015.
Many of you may ask why we have not tried to purchase a new home, or find a new place to rent? Many different reasons. One being my husband works full time at a retail store making very little, goes to school full time, and I am out of work due to my health complications. With the need to purchase a vehicle to carry our three wonderful kids around, and other bills piling up, we face having less than perfect credit, and no way to actually save money. We live paycheck to paycheck, and make due with what we have.
We desperately need to get out of this home. The mold is causing our middle son's asthma to act up. The roof leaks make it unable to cook, or use certain rooms in the rain, the tubs sink down anytime we try to bathe, and other unsafe measures.
We desperately do not want to have a crawling baby, and two older children living in this conditions, and are asking anyone to help us in the endeavor of a purchase of a home. We wish to be closer to my husband's work as we are now over an hour away. We wish to find a suitable living environment for our lovely children, and our four legged baby! :) We appreciate any help we can get, and hope that each of you have a wonderful, and amazing day ahead! Thank you again for listening from the bottom of our hearts!
Love,
