Help Cyndi Car Accident Victim

My wife Cyndi was involved in a terrible car accident.
She was hit at 120 miles an hour while sitting at a red light 7/23/13 in Lantana Fl. ( she was driving) from a fugitive being chased by a southern Florida Police Department
She has currently lost her position at an MRI center in Delray due to her injuries
We have paid out-of-pocket all medical expenses and no longer can afford further treatment
We lost all insurances
I've been taking care of her
For the last year and a half
Everything from showering , dressing, all house duties, cooking...etc
I lost my position in my career
due to her injuries and disabilities
We have used up all our resources in the last year and a half I am just asking for help... not asking for a lot of money
My greatest gift to her is to get her back to her normal self and for us to get back on her feet without having to lose our home that've have worked for the last 18 years
