Oakbrook Terrace Fire Relief

Hi, my name is Hiba and I am fundraising for my sister Nusra and brother-in-law Jameson who just lost everything they own in a terrible fire on Friday night. Their apartment complex in Oakbrook Terrace was struck by lightening during the horrible storms that have been wreaking havoc in the Midwest. A fire broke out on the roof of their building and rapidly spread throughout the complex. All four floors of their building burned down to the ground. They are demolishing the units entirely and no one is allowed back on the property to try to retrieve items. Their apartment was completely destroyed and they lost everything. They are starting their lives all over again from toiletries to essentials. We are grateful they are okay and safe but I wanted to set this up to help them rebuild their lives. They lost their passports, electronics, jewelry, sentimental items, wedding clothes, wedding rings, everything. Any amount will help get them back on their feet.
