Oakley Carlson Reward

Hello, my name is Jamie Jo Hiles and I was the foster mom to the missing child, Oakley Carlson. Oakley was in my and my husband's care for almost three years when she was returned to her biological parents in 2019. In 2021, on Oakley's 5th birthday, she was found to be missing and we have been searching for her since. Her biological parents are both uncooperative at this time regarding her whereabouts and remain suspects in the investigation.

Since we found out about her disappearance, our families, friends, and community have consistently sought justice for Oakley. We formed the Oakley Carlson Reward, a 501(c)3 non-profit registered in Washington State. We have currently raised $86,000 for her reward. Our goal is to get this amount to $100,000 by the end of the calendar year.

With this reward, we would offer this money for information leading to the whereabouts of Oakley Carlson. In place of the reward not being claimed or extended, the funds would then be used at the discretion of Jamie Jo and Erik Hiles. Examples include service and headstone if necessary, a college fund, a scholarship in Oakley’s name, a trust fund for Oakley’s siblings, etc.
