Oats needs knee surgery

Hi, I am fundraising for my doggy Oats (short for Oatmeal) who needs knee surgery. He was an owner surrender a couple of years ago & when I saw him I just had to foster. After a couple weeks I was told he was a good candidate to be a ptsd service dog so he went to live with the training program. Within two weeks he was at playtime & tore his right knee & needed surgery. The Vet told us there was a 50% chance he’d tear the other knee. Since he had this injury he wasn't able to be in the service training so I gladly took him back to foster while he had the surgery & recovered. During the next couple of months we fell more in love with him & had to make him a part of our family. He is a very big dog, Great Dane & St Bernard we think, super smart, well mannered & extremely loving, just the best boy! He has two brothers, one Blu, I adopted from PAWS when I volunteered there & the other, Radley was part of the Danny Dogs confiscation PAWS did of the 109 dogs. All three of them get along so well, play together, lay next to each other, & chase squirrels & lizards together. They were outside & Oats & Blu saw a squirrel and Oats jumped up from a laying down position & tore his left knee. He immediately started limping & we knew 50% just went to 100%. The surgery is $3400 & there’s one place in town that can do it for such a large dog. We just need help so Oats can start running and playing again & be comfortable & not in pain! You can just see the hurt in his eyes of not being able to do what he wants to do. Any lil bit helps. Oats thanks you so much very much woof woof!
