Obi Needs Your Help

Hi, my name is Keanen and my wife Jo and I are proud dog parents to Obi. (Yes the Jedi, and yes he’s trained on Star Wars Commands).
Obi is the most amazing animal I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in this world. He lights up a room, gives great cuddles, dances with ya, and is a big teddy bear. He’s truly one of a kind and provides my wife and I with so much comfort and love.
Story:
We’ve been in and out of the vet for a sore that developed on his belly. Everytime we went in we were told it would go away and it didn’t. Charging us 3-$400 a visit to tell us nothing.
Long story short we rushed him over yesterday to find out after a sonogram he had fluid in his abdominal cavity after 2 months of being told nothing was wrong, our boy was septic. They had us rush him over to the local ER and he immediately went into surgery. After a long consultation with the doc he had to open him up and flush out all the infection. We went forward with the surgery ($8,000) and brought him home a couple of days later. After all of this Obi has started to heal up, but we've drained the emergency savings we had setup for him.
Flash forward a month and as we're playing in the yard with Obi we noticed a weird lump on the back of his neck. Instant horror as we immediately jumped back into the state of fear we were in when we discovered his first one. We rushed him to the vet who had us come in immediately and they removed the lump to send for testing. ($1,500) Once the lump came back from testing they let us know it was a Sarcoma (Incapsulated) <-- Best case scenario as it's unlikely to spread, but to keep an eye out for anymore that may form.
Flash forward 2 months my wife and I were watching a movie just petting Obi and have felt another lump. This time it's on his back near his spine. We just took him in and the Vet has removed it ($1,200). At this point we're out so much money from the various vet visits in the beginning to the major surgery, to these two lump removals that we need help.
Please anything you can spare, thoughts, prayers, e.t.c we would be so grateful for.
