OC Autism Friends: In Memory of Hannah Tran
In Loving Memory of Hannah Tran
Hannah is a loving wife and mother to Lynn (8) and Caden (9). She is also a caring daughter, sister, advocate and therapist (SLPA).
In lieu of flowers, we are raising funds to support her 2 beautiful children during this difficult time. While nothing we can do will take away the pain of losing their mother during the holiday season, we wantto come together to show our love and gratitude to her life and passion. She lived for, worked with and dreamt about Autism.
In 2010, Hannah Tran organize our monthly OC Autism Parent Support Group and workshops. In collaboration with the founder, she help develop many programs, services and community events to help thousands of children and adults affected by Autism to access basic healthcare, education and public services. Prior to her passing, she was an OC Autism Executive Board of Director as well as a therapist proving direct services to her patients, We recognize her decade of services and will continue her legacy. She will be missed tremendously by her OC Autism Friends and Families too.

Founder & President, OC Autism Foundation
To me Hannah (Hanh) was my best friend, my sister, my partner in crime. She has been there by my side for 15 years from the beginning of our professional journey in Speech Therapy to our present day community journey with OC Autism Foundation.
Hannah Tran has been my right hand, so I cannot imagine OCAF or life without her.Though I am unsure how to run OCAF without her, we will find the will to continue and a way to charge forward, We must continue her legacy of kindness and service by building a Community Center in her memory in the near future. I promise toadvocate for mental health, maintain self care and never give up.
We love you Hanh!
