OCA widnes group expedition Kenya 2025

16 children from OCA school in Widnes are attending a 4 week expedition to Kenya in July 2025. The children need to fundraise £4330 per student to attend. The expedition is aimed at improving the education and living standards in Kenya. The children will be involved in building projects such as schools and fresh water facilities animal management worming the local goats to prevent disease and infection and animal conservation.
As you can appreciate this is a huge challenge they are embarking on not only raising the funds but travelling independently at the age of 15/16.
