OccupyICE Tampa

In solidarity with occupations in cities around the country, Tampa has established an Occupy ICE action  demanding dignity in all communities and the abolition of the ICE institution to support comrades fighting and endangered by the border regime.

This is a pathway to get funds on the ground where we are redirecting resources to families waiting at the Tampa ICE office for loved ones who are forced to come in for appointments, never knowing if that moment will be the last time they see each other.

Funds may also be used for continued art, literature, supplies, jail solidarity in the event of arrests, and other logistical support.

The state, with its oppressive tentacles - a modern day hydra - wants to impose a world of terrorism, fear, and division.

We want a world with justice, dignity, and freedom of movement for all.

The state wants to build walls between us.

We want to tear down what separates us and embrace.
