Ocean Empower 2024

In December 2024, Dawn, Deborah, Kerry and Fiona - Team "Ocean Empower" will be taking on "The World's Toughest Row - Atlantic"; this challenge is an incredible feat of physical and mental endurance. Participants row across the Atlantic Ocean from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to English Harbour in Antigua, covering approximately 3,000 nautical miles. The challenge is gruelling, both physically and mentally and the rowers must battle everything from rough seas to sleep deprivation as they spend weeks on end at sea.  

Just to get to the start line will cost the team in excess of £100,000. To help us reach this target and join us on this incredible journey we are asking sponsors to donate generously to our effort.
