OCU Color Cabaret! 2020
OCU CARE (Oklahoma City University Creatives for Artistic and Realistic Equity) Race and Ethnic Diversity Branch is hosting our first annual Color Cabaret, a cabaret highlighting the artistry and voices of students of color in the Wanda Bass School of Music!

Before, during, and after our cabaret performance, we will be accepting donations! 50% of our donations will go to OCU CARE and our advocacy initiatives on OCU's campus, and 50% of our donations will go to Restore OKC (https://www.restoreokc.org), a community-driven redevelopment organization dedicated to serving the Northeast side of Oklahoma City through school and student support, housing and home repair projects, community gardens, adult economic development, and more, with a focus on racial equity and bridging gaps between disparate communities.
About OCU CARE:
OCU CARE (Oklahoma City University Creatives for Artistic and Realistic Equity) is an organization dedicated to advocacy for marginalized populations within the performing arts industry. This coalition of artists is composed of students, faculty, and alumni of Oklahoma City University.
Our mission is to foster and maintain a safe environment where our marginalized students can be heard, and to implement action in order to educate our community and ensure equitable opportunity for the marginalized groups at OCU and in the performing arts community as a whole.
