Offering sympathy and support to the Chalk family

On behalf of the Chalk family, I am asking for your support as they navigate this very difficult time. On Feb. 4, Tamara Chalk passed away after an illness. Tamara leaves behind her devoted husband, Dan, their loving daughter, Meredith and many extended family members.

I am asking for your help to support the Chalk family as they prepare to say goodbye to Tamara. Financial donations will be accepted, in lieu of flowers, to help the Chalk family cover medical bills, funeral costs and other incidental expenses they encounter over the next few weeks.
