Officer, Friend, Local hero, Undercover Agent

OFFICER DOWN! ….Undercover Agent...Our friend, and local hero, was injured this week when a suspect opened fire on the Drug Task Force as they attempted to serve a warrant. Our officer was wounded and sustained injury through his vest to his chest, as well as taking a bullet through his hip. We are thankful he and the other officers did not suffer life-threatening injuries and are all expected to recover from physical trauma.

Although, due to his ongoing involvement in under-cover work with the local departments, we cannot share his identity, we can share that his recovery will entail extensive physical therapy, many hours of rehab, and immense follow up. In addition to a multitude of medical bills, recovery will keep him from returning to work for the foreseeable future.

All proceeds dedicated to this fundraiser will go directly to the officer to cover medical and living expenses while he returns to health and then to the field. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact on his road to recovery. We also graciously accept thoughts, prayers and all positive vibes for quick healing and positive outcomes.
