Officer Jeramy Thompson Benefit

Donation protected
My name is Joey Hoover and I proudly serve as Chief of Police for the City of Monticello, Kentucky. One of our police officers, but more importantly our friend, Officer Jeramy Thompson, was critically injured the afternoon of April 13th just minutes after leaving mandatory training in London, KY. Officer Thompson was on his way home when an SUV turned into the path of his motorcycle. Officer Thompson had no time to react. His motorcycle slammed into the passenger side of the SUV, ejecting him on impact. Officer Thompson struck the vehicle before going airborne then landing on the roadway. Jeramy sustained numerous severe injuries and was airlifted to the University of Kentucky Hospital where he remains hospitalized. Jeramy has undergone several surgical procedures and various other treatments. His medical care and rehabilitation will be extensive and lengthy. His fellow Police Officers have created this account in hopes of securing financial assistance for Jeramy & his wife Rhonda to help with the many and various unexpected expenses this tragedy has caused and will continue to create in the coming weeks and months in addition to everyday life expenses. THANK YOU for your consideration of this request and for any assistance you can provide.
